With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Jocelyn Sharp (Galax, Virginia), who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zollie Mae and French C. Williams; her husband Lloyd Eldridge Sharp; and her siblings, Paul Madison Williams and Betty Grace Gardner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Sharp of Galax and Virginia; her grandchildren, Mark, Elizabeth Cox of Charlottesville, Virginia, Michelle and Craig Phipps of Piney Creek; her great grandchildren, Avery Cox, Kendra Phipps, Emma Cox, Brennan Cox and Karley Phipps; and her nieces and nephews, Jack Gardner, Jill Greathouse, Alex Gardner, Sarah, Larry Perry and Kesha Phillips.
