He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Davis and Elva Taylor Davis; his son Larry Davis; his grandson Lucas Davis; and his siblings, Mary Hanks, Mae Kane, Charles Davis, Robert Davis and Russell Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Euna Davis of Galax, Virginia; his daughters, Regina White (Danny Bond) of Fries, Virginia and Sharon; his son-in-law James White of Galax, Virginia; his siblings, Irene Kirby, Walter (Wanda Davis) of Galax, Virginia and Elmer Davis of Galax, Virginia; his grandchildren, Nicholos Davis, Jacob Davis and Casey Davis; and his great grandchild Josiah Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
