She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Dean and June Woodel Douglas; her children, Amanda Tanner (Dean Nichols) of Galax, Virginia and Josh Lineberry (Azaria Crenshaw) of Blacksburg, Virginia; her grandchildren, Knox Tanner, Ava Nichols, Astaria Lineberry, Luna Lineberry and Sol Lineberry; her stepgrandson Conner Nichols; and her sisters, Christina (Jerry Parnell) of Galax, Virginia and Vicki Alley of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the family toward the expenses of the service.
