She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Freeman and Vertie May Patton Smith. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Earl Henley; her children, Jama Dollyhigh (Hassell) of Mount Airy, NC, Angie Burcham of Hillsville, Jody Burcham of Galax, Aleshia Henley (Teri) of Iowa City, IA, Frank Henley (Debbie) of Henderson, NV, Susan Sierra of Hillsville and Sonja Henley of Greensboro, NC; and her siblings, Billy Smith (Linda) of Knoxville, TN and Brenda Combs (Clinton) of Fancy Gap. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
