Though Michael Ray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Carroll Wayne and Bonnie Joyce Hanks Coleman; his wife Jealynn Liddle Coleman; his sons, Kemper Coleman of Galax, Virginia and Daniel Coleman of Galax, Virginia; his brother Steve Coleman of Florida; his mother-in-law Margaret Liddle; his brother-in-law Mark (Elizabeth Liddle) of Galax, Virginia; his niece Bethany Handy (Ryan) of Troutdale, Virginia; and his nephew Ethan Liddle (Danielle) of Fries, Virginia. He is also survived by two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Oakland Elementary School Playground Fund.
