She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton James and Essie Magnora Billings Richardson; and her siblings, Betty Lowe, James Richardson and Jerry Richardson.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Gray Ramey; her daughter Ann of Galax, Virginia; her son-in-law David Poe of Galax, Virginia; her grandchildren, Cody Poe (Alyssia Luehrs) and Savannah (Zane Eaton); her great grandchild Madison Poe; her brother Joe; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Richardson of Fries, Virginia and Tony Lowe; her niece Heather Richardson; and her pet Mitzi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
