She was predeceased by: her parents, D. D. Lowe and Melba Goodson Lowe; her husband Thomas Norman; and her sisters, Hallie Brannock and Jesse South.
She is survived by: her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Lowe of Maryland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews including several great nieces and great nephews.
