He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brown of Galax, Virginia; his children, Paul Brown (Johnnie), Jewel Brown (Verl), Stacy Brown (Tina), Sheila Young of Blacksburg, Virginia and Chris Brown (Kim); his grandchildren, Destiny Brown, Devin Brown of Byron, DeRon Brown, Dameia Quevada, Brad Brown, Adrian "AJ" Brown, Gerrian Slater, Nigel Norman and Joshua Wells; and his brother-in-law John Henry Bryson. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
