He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Norman. He is survived by: his father Ken Parnell; his stepmother Debbie Parnell of Hillsville; his brother Terry Parnell of Daytona Beach, FL; his stepsiblings, Barry Jessup of Hillsville, Tabitha Smith of Laurel Fork and Denean Jessup of Florence, SC; and his nephews, Dillon Smith, Tré McLeod, Isaiah Smith and Bethea.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stockner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the missions out reach program at First Baptist Church in Hillsville.
