He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Roscoe and Eva Lois Jackson Alley; and his siblings, Drayton (Ernestine Allely), Russell Alley, Lee (Lavelle Alley), Betty Lou (Rodney Creger) and Charlene (Kenneth Brooks).
He is survived by: his wife Elma Lineberry Alley; his daughters, Sarah (Charles Byrd) and Shelia (Donnie Ramey); his grandchildren, Tyler (Amber Byrd), Ryan Byrd (Morgan) and Logan (Jordan Ramey); his daughter Kelly (Jeff Fox); his granddaughter Hadley Parks; his sister Margie; and his siblings-in-law, Harlan Lawson and Janie Alley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
