She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Jennings and Cleo Murry Jennings; her husband E. S. Caudill; and her brothers, J. C. Jennings, Bob Jennings and Bill Jennings.
She is survived by: her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Gale Caudill of Galax, Virginia; her granddaughter Kimberly; and her grandson-in-law Travis Weddle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
