Frances Eads Halsey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2022, at the age of 89, Frances Eads Halsey (Galax, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Halsey, Jr.; and her parents, Albert Eads and Lula Eads. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Mark Brachey of Grapevine, Texas; her grandchildren, Eric, Megan Halsey, Tommy and Andy Brachey; her sister Helen Lail; and her friends, Imogene Norman, Betty Parrish, Wanda Pinion and Kelley Morris. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; five nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to the First Baptist Church, 1024 East Stuart Drive, Galax, VA 24333.
