She is survived by: her husband Billy Dean Payne; her children, Jeff Payne of Galax, Cindy of Galax, Rick Moncus of Galax, Duane of Galax, Teresa Payne of Galax and Alan Payne of Galax; her grandchildren, Jack Moncus, Christopher Moncus and Gage Payne; her great grandchildren, Eden, Eli Moncus and Kyleigh Moncus; her brother Willie D. Smith of Salem, Virginia; and also Lynn Vaughan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
