She was predeceased by: her father Richard Alonzo; her siblings, Reba Padgett, Elaine Smith, Dan (Faye Williams) and Julian (Julia); and her grandson Mark Paul Richardson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Junior Goad), James (Carolyn Burris), Joey (Gin Burris), Judy (Paul Porter), Janet Smith of Ivanhoe, June Suits of Galax and Jill (Jamey Davis); and her grandchildren, Chad Burris, Mike Hanks, Brandy Hodge, Crystal Burris, Melinda Chappell, Rocky Suits, Mitchell Burris, Victoria Davis and Jordan Smith. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; as well as several other nieces and nephews.
