It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Marshall of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Steve Marshall; his wife Wanda Marshall; his son Chris Marshall; and his brothers, Richard Marshall and Steve Marshall, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Donald Marshall, II and Stephanie Hines; his stepdaughter Sue Hall; his siblings, Glen Marshall, Rex Marshall, Joe Marshall, Irene Marshall Rakes and Wilma Marshall Pyrtle; and his nephew Kevin Marshall. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
