He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Merle and Lila Leone Rector Barker; and his wife Kathleen Ann Robinson Barker. He is survived by: his son Wes Barker; his close friend Stacy Sink; his son Will; his daughter-in-law Jessica Barker; his granddaughter Carli Love; his siblings, Sharon Barker and David Barker of Galax, Virginia; his brother-in-law Benny (Diane Robinson); and his nieces and nephews, Avery Dalton, Mary Ashley Montgomery, David Franklin Barker and Jon Robinson.
