He was predeceased by: his father Roger Dale; and his brothers, Phillip Brandon Hodges and Rodney Dale Hodges. He is survived by: his mother Hilda Hackler Hodges; his stepfather Lynn of Little River; his close friend Hollie Bedsaul; his son Rush Caldwell; and his aunts, Linda Fortner, Cathy Smith and Mary Ellen Brown.
