Cristian James Chandler Obituary

Cristian James Chandler, age 19 of Galax, VA passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Forsyth Medical in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born November 23, 2002 in Alleghany County. Cristian was very talented. He enjoyed playing the guitar, drawing and spending time with his friends. He is survived by his mother, Amber Hackler; his father, Todd Franklin Renton II; fiancé, Kendra Wagg and her family; two brothers, Trentan Hackler Snow and Elijah Renton; one sister, Lily Renton; maternal grandmother, Terri Feimster and husband Steve; maternal grandfather, Freddie Hackler; paternal grandmother, Barbara Jean Smith; paternal grandfather, Todd Franklin Renton; three aunts, Ashlee Hackler, April Renton and Stefanie Renton; uncle, Austen Renton; two special cousins, Alexis Lara and Noah Jones; several other cousins also survive. The family requests the honor of your presence at the graveside service to honor the life of Cristian at 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grandview Memorial Funeral Home, 789 Grandview Drive, Sparta, NC 28675 to assist with funeral expenses.
