He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Junior and Treva Sue Porter Hill. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hill; his son Eric of Galax, Virginia; his daughter-in-law Chassidy Hill of Galax, Virginia; his brothers, Gary (Dinah Hill) and Jeff (Jodi Hill); and his grandchildren, Bennett Hill, Clementine Hill and Porter Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home (201 W Center St, Galax, VA 24333). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel (201 W Center St, Galax, VA 24333).
