She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Calvin and Nancy Childers Testerman; and her brothers, Jarvis Testerman, Bruce Testerman, Arde Testerman, Roger Testerman and Roland Testerman.

She is survived by: her sisters, Wave Sullivan, Eva Cure and Nell Holcomb; her daughter Kathy Ward of Galax; her brother-in-law Ralph Holcomb of West Grove, PA; and her nieces, Becky Steele (Bill), Nancy Cure of Madison, NC and Naomi. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
