We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Tolley Baxley of Galax, Virginia, born in Radford, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Tolley and Josephine Tolley; her siblings, Albert Tolley, Terry Tolley and Shirley Cornish; her sister-in-law Ann Doering; her son James Tolley Baxley; and also Butch Follett.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Baxley; her daughter Robyn Baxley; her sister Linda Carr; her sisters-in-law, Juanita Tolley, Reiko Tolley and Margaret; and also Bill Billard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
No service will be held at this time, due to the continuing threat of Covid.
