It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma H. Higgins (Gainesville, Virginia), who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elliot Higley and Bessie Elida Higley (Davis); her brothers, Harry Mervin Higley and Herbert William Higley; her half-siblings, George E. Higley, Lucy Isabel Higley and Evelyn Mary Clark (Higley); and her children, John Kenneth Higgins and Patsy Jeanne Higgins.

She is survived by: her children, Andrew William Higgins (Anna), Fallon Dana Higgins of Gainesville and Wendy L. Aarnio (Higgins) of North Pomfret; and her spouse Kenneth S. Higgins.
