He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Riley and Clara Belzey Shiner; and his brother Clyde Riley Shiner, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Kenyon Shiner; his children, Peter Kenyon Shiner (Lisa) of Lake Anna, VA, Kevin Robert Shiner (Catherine) of Great Falls, VA and Sara Grace Shiner Brown (Byron) of Warrenton, VA; his brother John Tobias Shiner of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law Jule Jewell of Ashburn, VA; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Andrew, Timothy, Abigail, Kevin Ryan and Riley.
