He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Scott (Darlene Early) and Pam Scarce (Al Scarce); his grandparents, Lester, Joan Scott, Rudolph (Rudy, Sr) and Juanita Tarlosky; his great-uncle Lee Feltner (Marcy); his great-aunt Jan Fermoyle (Bob); his siblings, Nathan Scott (Brittany), Chris Scarce and Alison Neal (Joey); his aunt Joyce Tarlosky Scott (Bill); his uncles, Rudy Tarlosky Jr. (Denise), Doug Scott (Terry), David Scott (Donna) and Dave Scarce (Karol); his nieces and nephews, Taylor Scott, Elle Neal, Cooper Neal, Cole Scott, Cameron Scott and Connor Scott; and his cousins, Keith Scott (Katelyn), Kacey Scott, Eryn Scott Wells (Dylan), Lyndsey Scott Holmes (Austin) and Kellen Scott. He was also cherished by friends especially his cousins, nieces and nephews.
