He is survived by: his wife Judy W Tupes of Gainesville; his children, Brian K Tupes of Roanoke and Shannon N Tupes of Vinton; the mother of his children Victoria Radford; his brother Charles E. Tupes (Sandra) of Marvin, NC; and also, Karen Hailey (Kelly) of Matthew, NC, Carla Leo (Danny) of Morgantown, W. Va and Tiffany Seum (Brandon) of Morgantown.
