It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Snider of Gainesville, Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy James leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his fathers, James Ivan Snider and Cornelius Norwood Snider; and his sister Gloria Faye Drawbond of Raphine, Virginia.. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Snider-Rosinski (Kenneth Allan Rosinski) of Gainesville, Virginia, James Ivan Snider of King George, Virginia and Phillip Randolph Snider of Petersburg, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Allan Collis, James Dylan Snider, Miquella Nichole Snider and Jared Christopher Snider; his brother Daniel Jerry Snider of Oakton; and also Nicholle Michelle Snider. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
