He was predeceased by: his siblings, Juliani Suryakusuma and Andrey Suryakusuma. He is survived by: his wife Meity Suryakusuma; his daughter Elaine Suryakusuma (Lou Yeck); his grandsons, Nathan and Evan Yeck; his daughter Diana Suryakusuma; and his sibling Tries Suryakusuma (family: Ferry Suryakusuma, Henry Suryakusuma, Carry Suryakusuma, Robert Suryakusuma).
