He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Hill and Isaiah Hill Sr.; his wife Ocie Hill; his son Anthony Hill; and his brother Isaiah Hill Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Miley (Brian) of Gainesville, VA and Christopher Hill of Atlanta, GA; his daughter-in-law Quandra Hill (Anthony) of Buford, GA; and his sister-in-law Sandra Hill (Isaiah Jr) of Bridgeport, AL.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous extended family members and friends.
