He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Joseph Moon. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Moon of Gainesville, VA; his children, Al Moon (Nancy) of Winchester, VA and Tammy Roach (Lynn) of McLean, VA; his grandchildren, Katie Roach, Andy Roach (Bridget), AJ Moon (Ashley), Meagan Roach, Kelly Dale (Bobby), Amy Chartrain (Alex), Abby Roach and Travis Moon (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Miles Roach, Warren Moon, Conover, Kory Moon, Margaux Roach, Emerson Chartrain and Sarah Moon.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Haymarket Baptist Church (14800 Washington St, Haymarket, VA 20169).
