She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Hara and Irene O'Hara (Hoban); and her husband Robert Henry Collins. She is survived by: her children, Robert Collins (Elizabeth), Patricia Weedon (Jack), Maribeth Leonard (Brian), Kathleen Purtell (Jim) and Sue Ann Coen (Bob). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of choice in her memory.
