He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Jeffery Vincent, Michelle Bradford, Deborah Vincent and Cynthia Vincent; his grandchildren, David Boyer Jr., Jessica Slater, Theresa Finney, Rhianna Neatrour, Brandon Vincent, Chistian Vincent, Juliana Vincent and Ashley Uda; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Finney and Sophie Finney.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110).
