He is survived by: his wife Nancy Skinner of Alzheimer's Association; his children, Amanda Skinner Gilligan and Brian Skinner; his grandchildren, Alexa and Zachary Gilligan; his children-in-law, Walter Gilligan and Megan Holak Skinner; and his brother Bob Skinner (Sandy Skinner). He is also survived by four children, spouses and grandchildren.
