He is survived by: his wife Mary Moore of Gainesville, VA; and his children, Charles Moore, Jr. (Kim) of Warrenton, VA, David Moore (Bobbi) of Fairfax, VA, Marcell Moore (Tina) of Gainesville, VA, Charlene Kamara of Manassas, VA and Carolyn Moore of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
