With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Kerns of Gainesville, Virginia, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on November 29, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Bell Leach and Luther Edward Payne; and her husband Herbert H. Kerns (Pete). She is survived by: her sons, James Kerns (Jim), Jerry Kerns (Linda) and Kevin E. Kerns (Karen); her grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Zachary and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Kade, Kole and Kopeland.
Interment Stonewall Memory Gardens, In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in her memory be made to the Alzheimers Association.
