He is survived by: his wife Camille Metcalf Payne of Gainesville, VA; his siblings, Carolyn Martin (Wallace), Robert, Jr., Christopher and Lester (Cheryl); his children, Quincey Metcalf (Keya), Arthur Payne, Jr. (Abby), Sheila Barnes (Scott) and Kesha Carter; his grandchildren, Marcus, Jaylen, Lucus, Scott, Jr. and Sareena; and his mother-in-law Alice Metcalf. He is also survived by his beautiful wife, his children, and his grandchildren.
