We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023, at the age of 89, Virgie Ruby Fulk of Fulks Run, Virginia, born in Mathias, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Barb and Lena Dellinger Barb; and her husband Billy Eugene Fulk, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Shumaker (Sharon) of Fulks Run, Billy E. Fulk, Jr. (Viola) of Fulks Run and Cindy Steele of Fulks Run; and her siblings, Mary Shumaker of Baker, WV, Edna Wilkins of Harrisonburg and Amos Barb of Fulks Run. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
