He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Harper and Sarah Hess Miller; his wife Treva Ethel Miller; his sons, Donnie and Carl Miller; and his brother Wayne Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Garry Miller (Peggy) of Rockingham, Carroll Miller (Diana) of Luray, Linda Miller (Carson) of Fulks Run and Darlene Billhimer (Dale) of Broadway; his grandchildren, Melody Cash (Vincent), Cheryl Mullens (Brad), Jason Miller (Mindy) and Brandon Billhimer (Shanna); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Miller of Fulks Run and Arlene Bare of Fulks Run. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
