She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Benjamin and Edna Pearl Pence Frank; and her husband Elbert "Nelson" Fulk. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Fulk (Linda) of Fulks Run, David Fulk (Vanessa) of Fulks Run, Janet McDaniel of Fulks Run and Pammie Ramsey of Fort Defiance. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and two brothers and two sisters.
