He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Oliver; and his son Roger L. (Brown). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lee St, Clair (Matthew) of Berryville, Vickie Lee Ramirez (Fredy) of Mount Jackson and Robert Lee Brown Jr. of Star Tannery, VA; his grandchildren, David, Tricia (JC), Helena (Eric), Mikayla, Michael (Mia), Shawn Heather (Adam) and Anthony (Autumn); and his sisters, Mildred Gregory, Shirley Seymore, Viola Jones (Wayne) and Frances Kidd. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
