He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Forrest Mitchell and Rosa B. Fawley Mitchell; his wife Hilda Orebaugh of Virginia; and his son David W. Mitchell. He is survived by: his grandsons, Dennis Mitchell (Lisa) of Fulks Run and Eric Mitchell of Fulks Run; his great grandchildren, Dylon Mitchell (Reba), Caleb Mitchell and Alec Mitchell; and his great great grandchild James David Mitchell.
Per CDC guidelines masks and social distancing will be required at both the cemetery and funeral home.
