He is survived by: his mother Loretta Cosner Fishel; his wife Patsy Shipe; his daughter Regina Stroop (Jeremy Dean); his grandchildren, Chase and Icie Stroop; his sisters, Janie VanMeter, Tami Harman, Joyce Rohrbaugh, Barbara Harper, Jackie Harper and Darlene Doak; his foster sister Janie Mathias (John); his brothers, Arlie Rohrbaugh Jr., Steve Borror (Trina), Archie Borror, Robbie Rohrbaugh and Mike Rohrbaugh; his pet Gibby; and his close friend Kenny Morris.
