It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Lee Anderson of Fulks Run, Virginia, born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Staylor Aldine and Willie H. Lloyd Anderson; his former wife Esther Dove Anderson; and his siblings, Carrol, Jimmie, Marvin, Dauston Anderson, Janetta Dellinger and Judy Mongold.
He is survived by: his wife Gena McCray Anderson; his son Ronald E. Anderson (Phyllis) of Fulks Run; his granddaughter Hannah Horst (Samuel); his great grandchildren, Samuel and Silas Horst; his stepchildren, Amy Moyers (Adam Switzer) of Broadway and Scotty Moyers of Timberville; and his stepgranddaughter Autumn Nante.
Per CDC requirements, masks and social distancing will be required at the funeral home and cemetery.
