She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Blaine and Mary "Kate" Katherine Hottinger Carr; her husband Matthew Galen Fulk; her sisters, Irene Smith and Goldie Moyers; and her pets, Jennifer Lynne, Trudy Lynne, Chrissy Anne, Pollyanna and Katrina.
She is survived by: her son Ronald W. Fulk (Cammie) of Fulks Run; her granddaughters, Rebecca Marie Fulk (Steve Kordan) of Basye and Sarah Elizabeth Fulk (Nathan Gatchell) of Orkney Springs; her close friends, Esther Lonas, Gloria, Delmas Hinkle and Becky Reedy; and also, Branch and Briar.
