She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Clory and Lillie Wetsel Fulk; her husband Noah D. Carr; her siblings, Naomi Custer, Matthew Fulk, Howard Fulk, Jr. and Biedler Fulk; and her grandchildren, Chad Carr, Michelle Moyer and Jesse Brunson.
She is survived by: her children, David Carr (Nancy) of Fulks Run, Danny Carr (Jackie) of Lacey Heights, VA, Anna Lou Dove of Fulks Run, Brenda Reese of Fulks Run, Kathy Hensley (Larry) of Elkton and Kay Brunson (Jesse) of Fulks Run; and her siblings, Helen Whitmer of New Market, Alma Conley of Fulks Run, Hope Ritchie of Fulks Run, Joy Shiflet-Simmers (Harold) of Broadway, Jane Conley (Sonny) of Broadway and Boyd Fulk (Jill) of Fulks Run. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Per CDC guidelines, face masks and social distancing will be required at the funeral home, and at the funeral service.
