She was predeceased by: her parent Loy Jay Fulk, Sr.; her sister Polly Ann Fulk; and her nephew James Alan Fulk. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Bare Fulk of Fulks Run; her brother Loy J. Fulk, Jr. of Fulks Run; her nephew Brian Fulk (Krystal) of Rockingham; her great-nephew Tyler Gutshall; her great-niece Autumn Fulk; her close friends, Larry, Irene Barb, Willie and Chris Hottinger; and also, April Bare Dove (Scott) of Timberville and Chasity Bare of Weyers Cave.
