He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Biller and Katie Funkhouser Biller; his brother Eugene Biller; and his sister-in-law Anna Louise Kline Biller. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Fulk; his sons, Steve Edward Biller (Julie Hoover) of Rockingham and Lowell W. Biller (Betsy) of Kingsport, TN; his grandson Steven E. Biller, Jr.; and his niece Bonnie Sharpes (Robert).
Per CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing are required at the funeral home and graveside service.
