He is survived by: his spouse Theressa Lam; his children, Donald Wesley Fullen Jr. (Amy) of Staunton and Sara Nichole Fullen (Landon Crawford) of Linville; his brother Brad Fullen; and his grandchild Thomas Joseph "T. J.".
