He was predeceased by: his father Matthew Leonard Ritchie; and his brother Allen Ray Ritchie. He is survived by: his mother Hope Fulk Ritchie of Fulks Run; his close friend JoAnne Runion; his daughter Allison Ritchie of Stuarts Draft; and his granddaughter Afton Lunsford.
