He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Fulk, Jr. and Joyce Fern Delawder Fulk; and his sister Sheila Fulk Owen. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jo Harper; and his sons, Zachary Scott Fulk, Derek Landon Fulk (Mindy Swank Fulk) and Nicholas Ryan Fulk (Becca Hardesty).
