It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Newton Wood of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife June Lee Wood; and his parents, Raymond Douglas Wood and Viola Beylor Wood of Rileyville, Virginia.. He is survived by: his sons, Billy (Diane), Dana (Cathy) and Danny (Stacey); his grandchildren, Stephanie Lane (Shawn), Ryan Bavely (Paul), Cristan Dube (Dan), Taylor Wood (Emily), Callie Wood-Hernandez (Dustin), Kendyl Settle (Alex) and Sarah Wood; and his sisters, Marguerite Sedwick (Joe) and Corann Updike (George). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild.
